Privacy

What we keep

For each person with a login: name, email address and the time of sign-in. For each lookup: the VIN, the glass positions asked for, the result, the time, who asked, and any reference you add yourself. If you flag a lookup, what you tell us about it.

Why

To provide the service, to bill your account and answer billing questions, to review flagged results, to keep the service secure, and to improve the accuracy of results. We do not sell personal data.

Who sees it

Your own users see your account’s lookups; account admins see all of them. Our staff can see lookups to support you and to review flags. We use service providers to run the site and to send email; they act on our instructions.

How long

We keep lookup records for as long as your account is open and for a limited period afterwards for accounting and dispute purposes, then delete them.

Cookies

We use only the cookies needed to keep you logged in and to protect forms. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of your personal data, to correct it, or to delete it. Contact us through your account administrator or the address you were invited from.
